• Cancellation by Guest: If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so in accordance with the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking. If at the time of booking there are not special requests by guest, the cancellation policy may vary depending on the period of the year. Here the details:

16/03 to 15/11 - 8 Days - Full Refund
16/11 to 22/12 - 14 Days - Full Refund
23/12 to 31/12 - 8 Days - Full Refund
• Cancellation by HomingPisa: In rare cases, we may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for another date.
4. Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in: The standard check-in time is from 15.00. Please inform us in advance if you plan to check in during the night.
• Check-out: The standard check-out time is by 10.00. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
5. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and for ensuring that it is left in good condition at check-out. You must not cause damage to the property or disturb the neighbors. Any damage caused during your stay will be charged to the guest.
